Renowned virtuoso musician and music visionary, Karen Olson, combines her unique background as a violist, recording artist, composer, author, and intuitive holistic healer to provide interactive, fun, inspiring and transformative programs and concerts.
From her unforgettable experiences working with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Dean Martin, Tony Bennet, Liza Minelli, Marilyn Horne, Reba McIntire, Idina Menzel, Renée Fleming, and most recently with Roger Daltry (The Who), to her membership and Carnegie Hall performances with The New York Pops, Karen has always shared the company of the world’s greatest performers.
Karen has established herself as an authority in emotional healing and wellbeing based upon her training and her personal experience, which is the subject of her new book, SoundPath. Karen has a bachelor’s degree from Juilliard, master’s degrees from Juilliard and Yale, and a Ph.D. from NYU. Her well-known scale book for the viola is published by ECSchirmer.
