Cucina Verde offers small batch traditionally made fermented foods that are rich in probiotics and digestive enzymes. These foods help heal the digestive system, promote strong immunity and add flavor and zest to meals. Included in our offerings are a variety of sauerkrauts and kim chi as well as other savory fermented vegetables. We also create herbal teas, herbal honeys (electuaries) and herbal drinks (shrubs).
